“To All : A new fraud ring has sprung up across the country appearing on fishing piers and in marinas. These are NOT real Tuna Disposal containers but are actually a highly organized group of free roaming cats. When questioned one of the free roaming cats stated that they had “waited for years for an answer from humans on how to best care for free roaming (feral) cats and that no decision had ever been made” therefore the cats decided to move forward with the Tuna Disposal idea. TNR is the answer and solution and we all need to get involved in working to make that a reality across the country. Just sayin…………………
